The Westbrook Music Boosters have selected the following as one
of our fund raising programs for this year.
We are fortunate to have found an organization that will purchase
emptyinkjet printer cartridges from us.
They Pay $2.00 for the following cartridges:
This is a safe, simple, easy,
profitable, guaranteed way of raising funds for the Music Booster
group. Students can collect empty inkjet cartridges from
their printers at home. Parents are also encouraged to
collect cartridges from their places of employment and from their
co-workers. Students should then bring the cartridges to
the band room.
This program is based on the premise that our students can earn
funds for the Music Boosters and help recycle at the same time.
This gives them the opportunity to take part in protecting
our natural resources by cutting down on the amount of trash in
landfills.
We will collect these cartridges throughout the entire school
year. When the students bring them to school, it is recommended
that the empty cartridges be put in a Ziploc bag, to prevent any
possible leakage on their hands, clothes, backpacks, etc. When
we receive 100 or more empty cartridges, we will send them off
for our payment.
With your assistance, this is going to be an extremely profitable
way to raise money for the Music Booster group. Thank you
